Kevin Russell Tisdale

Kevin R. Tisdale, age 54, was taken to be with his parents and grandparents on Monday, May 21, 2018. He was born July 15, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio to Alfred and Phyllis Tisdale. Our brother was a very special person to his family and friends. He would do anything for anybody who asked. Kevin's passion was collecting model cars. He knew the inside and outside of every one he had, which he had many. His pride and joy was making sure his own car was always clean and shining. When it would snow, he was always the first one out cleaning driveways and sidewalks with his snow blower. Kevin also had such a love for dogs that he volunteered at the dog shelter. Before he did this, he worked at Spring Run Car Wash for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Phyllis (Anderson) Tisdale; grandparents, Russell and Grace Anderson; grandmother, Goldie Tisdale; uncle, Henry Tisdale and infant niece, Krista Morris. Left to cherish the memories are his sisters, Christina (Ken) Morris and Patty (Todd) Turnbull; uncles, Craig (Teressa) Morris and Steve Turnbull; niece, Danielle (Ben) Gleason. Other relatives, Shannon (Grant) Kemmerling, Megan (Will Phillip) Morris, Holli Fraize Morris, Logan Morris, Wyatt and Emily Moore and Levi Phillips. Kevin is now in a better place where he can be free of any pain and unhappiness. Kevin will be remembered as a person who cared a lot for other and dogs. He will not be gone as he will live in our hearts forever. A private family service will be held at Brown's Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
