Lai's sister Shannon is one of my best friends, I never knew Lai, so I never got to talk to  him or see him, I went to the funeral, I know he was a wonderful father, son,grandson,nephew and boyfriend, he wanted the best for the family, and loved everyone very much, even tho I never met him,  I miss him so much, when i saw him in the casket i felt like i knew him all along, i love him and the family R.I.P Lai Pham <3

lai was the goofy cuzzin! he would always have a smile on his face every time i seen him.  his laugh was like no others.  he was such a loving and caring person no matter what. lol he hated when i would hit him but he would hate it with a smile!  we didnt chill much like we should have but when we did we just had this cuzzin connection that couldnt be broken like we were brother and sister.  i miss him sooo much and i would give anything to bring him back.  all my love......

I worked with Lai at Topnet. I have only been there little over a year but from the time we started to get to know each other I could tell that he was one of a kind! He would always have some kind of a joke to tell me and I would laugh and shake my head at him. At first he thought that I was going to be offended til I told him that he was just too silly for me to take him serious. Then he would tell me that he was going to tell my husband who also works there that he needed to put me in my place and he just that was going to get me started so we would go back and forth til we would just start laughing at each other. He talked about his kids all the time and showed me their pictures that he had on his phone and his face would just light up when he was talking about them. I wish that I would have got to know him longer but in this short period of time we did become friends and he touched my heart just like everyone else he knew and I am glad to say that he was my friend! I will always remember him and that silly smile of his! He was truly one of a kind! My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

I worked w/ Lai at topnet. Everyday at noon i would always look to see if he was coming through the door. He always had a smile on his face, and always put a smile on my face. I will miss his laugh, and they way he would always take atleast 5 peices of my gum. He was one of a kind, Youl will always be missed Lai always in my heart. Love u Lai. R.I.P.

last night aug.4th i was looking at lais wall wondering how we'd ever do it without him. he listened to every problem i had. Today i was driving down the road listening to the radio the song airplains came on, it says "just give me a wish right now" I was thinkin please do. I looked up at the car in front of me and the first 3 letters on the liscense was lai. I would tell him i was old enough to be his mother and i'd beat him like he was mine and call him bub the name i call my son. went down the road a little and there was a van with R.I.P bub on the window. all i could do was through my hands up and say ok i get it your here. Just keep your heart and mind open he'll be with you. luv you lai!

We worked together on second shift at TopNet. It being a a small shift we became more then co-workers. Our shift was family. Their was alot of funny antics and humor shared among us,especially with Lai being the only male.  He would say' Don't sass me woman or to me It would be Hey old woman get out of my area or Hey , are you still here?  You need to go home ole woman. Ater a few rounds of bantering back and forth it would always end with Luv you Lai. He would shake his head to say "you don't play fair" and follow it with that amazing smile. You had a way of touching hearts and I will miss you deeply . All I can say from all of us on 2nd shift is .....LUV YOU LAI

 we weren't really that close but I always felt like you were a brother to me, Eden, and Phillp. We miss you and will NEVER forget you!..We love you and don't worry, everyone is going to take care of your kids and family. God bless you and we all love you! R.I.P. bro...

lai was just a fun loving guy who loved his kids! i dont understand why this happend! i hope he is watching over them always and forever from up above with his family and mine... i will miss you and never forget you!

I worked with Lai at Top Network.  He always kept it fun, always had some kind of candy or snack or energy drink, and was always willing to share lol.  Even after I left the company he always would say hi and ask about my son and would tell me about his kids.  He was a proud a poppa and one of the realest people I knew.  I'll especially miss his laugh. His laugh was contagious. Even though I rarely saw him anymore, I'm so sad for loss.  He will be extremely missed and never forgotten.  Rest in peace, Lai...till we meet again...
