My deepest sympathy to his beloved wife, Sue, and all his loving family!  May the choirs of angels come to greet him and speed him to paradise.   Heaven will be receiving a wonderful person who was always so welcoming and kind to me in my visits to his home with Sr. Electa.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Corbin family. Larry was a great man that inspired so many people throughout his life and his thoughts, hopes, and dreams live on through many.

I am saddened to hear of Larry's passing.  I remember him, and his beloved Sue from our days together with the Ohio and Central Ohio Restaurant Associations.  Larry always had a beautiful smile, a kind word, and sage advice.  Blessings to the family.

Lit a candle in memory of Larry C. Corbin

I am deeply sorry to hear of Mr. Corbin's passing. I started my first job in high school at the original Bob Evans Sausage Shop in Rio Grande and spent seven and a half years with the company, leaving as a first assistant manager at Unit #29 in Richmond, Indiana. One of my fond memories of him is when l was in the corporate office in Columbus, picking up some things for the shop. I walked by Mr. Corbin's office and spoke to him, saying Hi Mr. Corbin. He stopped me and said, Steve, call me Larry. I was so proud to call him Larry and always enjoyed seeing him when he came by the shop or at the Bob Evans Farm Festival. Please give my best to the families and Charlie, his son. Please give him my cell number and tell him to call. My # is 910-536-8222. We both had some great times working at the shop. The time we have shared with our precious Ohio friends has been such a treasure, one that we share often with others. Larry, was such a huge part of this group, I'm not sure how we can go on. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Corbin family...I don’t know where I or Ed and I would be without this man’s friendship and encouragement.  He hired me at age 16 at the Sausage Shop in Rio Grande...he was my boss, my mentor , my friend.... oh believe me we had our moments.  He hired Ed in 1967...and the rest is history... we were married in 1969.... Roger Williams was there with us. We had some really good times and we have lots of Larry Corbin stories... with the festival this weekend, I know he is smiling down at the farm and remembering those early days... all our love, Ed and Jane ann Slagle

A great person who was always interested in his community.  His positive outlook and his leadership skills will be missed.

I worked with Larry at the original Sausage Shop in Rio Grande and continued to cross paths with him through the years at Bob Evans. He was always the same whenever I saw him no matter how far he climbed the corporate ladder. Will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Sandra Hardesty

Larry was such a special friend, always with a smile on his face.  He treasured his family and friends and was always there for however he could help.  He lived life to the fullest.   His wisdom and advice was always something I sought and valued.  He will be missed by many and leaves the world a better place.
