Lawrence William Beach, age 97, of Columbus, died Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. He was born January 2. 1917 in Columbus, OH, the son of Julius and Caroline (Weber) Beach. A retired draftsman and an avid artist, Lawrence was a graduate of CCAD. Survived by his nephew Marvin Beach; several other nieces and nephews and close friend Harvey Rutherford. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL1740 Zollinger RD., where friends may call after 9:00 am Wednesday until time of service.
