He retired from the U.S. Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and daughter, Kimberly A. Haynes.
He is survived by his son Leon L. (Kimberly Williams) Haynes; and step-granddaughter, Syetta Williams.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday July 15, 2020 from 4-7pm at Heart and Hope by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43204. There will be a Private Graveside the following day at Dayton National Cemetery.
