She also co-founded Linray, a technical writing company owned and operated by Linda and her husband, Ray Belew. They were members of the Westerville Progressive Association. Linda loved taking trips to the beach with Ray in his native state of North Carolina, and she joined him as an avid North Carolina Tar Heels basketball fan.
