Logan Andrew Knerr

Logan Andrew Knerr, age 33, of Lancaster passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 29, 2021. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 17, 1988 to Alissa (Chafin) and Todd Knerr. Logan was a Firefighter/EMT with Greenfield Township and Hocking Township. He was an all-around handyman who enjoyed tinkering, taking things apart and rebuilding them. Logan enjoyed diving, fishing, and the beach. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son, and friend who will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 12 years, Ashley (Brown) Knerr; his precious daughters, Hannah and Esther Knerr; mother, Alissa Brown; father, Todd (Jocelyn) Knerr; brother, Jordan Brown; sisters, Morgan and Ashton Knerr; maternal grandmother, Mary Chafin; paternal grandmother, Donna Knerr; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jeff and Debbie Brown as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Logan was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harry Chafin and paternal grandfather, William Knerr. Family will receive friends 4-7 pm Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at The River Valley Life Center, 2190 Coonpath Rd. NW, Lancaster, OH 43130, where the funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Interment at Forest Rose Cemetery.
