Her work life included secretary, Youthland retail employee, and financial person for her church, Trinity United Methodist in Columbus, OH. Her fun was counted cross stitch, knitting, crafts, canning, and avid collector of rubber bands, cutting boards, cardboard, deflated balloons, and dead flowers. She sent cards and letters to friends and family like you have never seen when she was able. She moved south about 10 years ago where she lived in Plano, TX. In Texas she met weekly with the KnitWits (knitting group) and used to play Pokeno and Canasta with an ever expanding group of friends. Even after moving across the country a couple of times her mail and phone lines were active connecting to friends and family from Missouri , Texas, Ohio, Kentucky, and New York. You were a friend for life no matter what. We revel in joy that after 3 years of health problems, she has gone to Heaven with her loved ones and God. She was an exemplary example of a fine Christian woman. She was the best Mom to so many and loving Grandma and Great Grandma to a bunch more.
