Loretta A. Swanson, age 78 passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015. She worked at the First Baptist Church for over 20 years and managed Crosswalk cards and gifts for 10 years, both in Granville, OH. She is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Swanson for whom she was married to over 44 years and sister, Beverly Newhart. She is survived by her loving sons, Kevin and Kelly Swanson; brother, Norman (Jean) Overly; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service for Loretta will be held 12 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2015. At First Community Village in the Burkhart Chapel, 1801 Riverside Dr. Columbus, OH 43212, with Reverend Gerald Murphy officiating. Family has entrusted Schoedinger Northwest Chapel with final arrangements.
