Mable Marie Allen, age 84, died January 23, 2010. She was born in Catletsburg, KY on October 13, 1925 to Ernest and Emma Bell. Mable loved to dance and especially loved her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; children, Linda Settlemoir, Sandra Lee Allen, and Sharon Kaye Allen; and sister, Pauline Grubb. Mabel is survived by her children, Barbara (Donald) Hankins, Marie (Daryl) Oliver, Billy Settlemoir, and Marqueeta Sutphin; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and adopted sons, John Maynard, and Jimmy Stover. A service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. , Gahanna, OH 43230 where family will receive friends from 11-1 on Wednesday.
