He is preceded in death by his mother, Jodelle K. West.
He is survived by his children, Alaina Jodelle Stephens, Jade Simone Chiles, and Kristopher Ryan Stephens-Rankin; father, William Mitchell Stephens; stepmother, Janet M. Stephens; brothers, Jeramy (Slink) Stephens and Dan (Cowboy) Longfellow. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
A celebration of life will be hosted by the Stephens family at a later date.
