Margaret A. Hambleton

Born October 2, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio, Maggie graduated from Licking Heights High School.

Maggie had a distinguished career in the Real Estate Appraisal industry. She was a small business owner, instructor, and author of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and course material for various entities in the industry. Holding numerous designations including but not limited to SRA she was also Chair Person of the Appraisal Foundation. Her contributions to the profession earned her many awards including the Appraisal Foundation Public Service Award in 2021. Maggie also donated her time participating on the Grant Family Medicine Patient and Family Advisory Council.

Maggie will be greatly missed by her twin sister Martie Dillon (Bob); niece Colleen Smith (Curtiss); nephew Kevin McCarty (Lisa); as well as siblings, Mickey McCullough, Tom McCullough, Jerry McCullough, Linda Shaw, and John Tharp; her special friend Gary Rasor; stepdaughter Dawn Campbell, and Dawn’s daughters and grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

In addition to her parents, Maggie is predeceased by her husband Donald Casey Hambleton, stepchildren Donald and Mary Beth Hambleton, and her brother Paul.

Please join the family on 10/09/2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm to celebrate the Life of Maggie. Reception will be held at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST at 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, OH 43221.
