Margaret Helen Vogel

Margaret Helen Hanway Vogel, 94, died at 4:45 am on April 4, 2012 at the Woodlands @ Eastland. Marge was full of spunk and wit and love of the Lord. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was born in Columbus on September 27, 1917 to the late Jason and Susan Hanway. Marge was preceded in death by her husband Elmore Vogel; sister, Clara Hanway and brother, Frank Hanway. She is survived by brother, Dan Hanway; son, Robert (Andrea) Vogel and daughter, Suanne (Herbert) Docken; grand-children, Heidi, Lori, Brian (Julie) and Kayanna Vogel, Kurt Docken and Kathryn Braidic; seven great-grand children and three great, great grand-children. She was a member of the Columbus West Church of God for many years. We would like to thank the staff at Woodlands and the staff at Odyssey for the care she received from them both. A memorial service will be held at Reformation Lutheran Church, 1355 S. Hamilton Road, Cols., 43227 on Saturday, April 21 at 11:30 am. Pastor Kathy Arbaugh-Patmon will officiate.
