

Marjorie Jean Snouffer, age 89, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2012. She was born in Columbus on November 16, 1923, to the late Paul and Mary (Wilson) Morley. She was a proud alumnus of North High School, class of 1941. Over the years, Marjorie worked for Vital Statistics at the Ohio Department of Health, Nationwide Insurance, and Highlights for Children. She was a member of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, the National WWII Memorial, and the Hornet Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Junior Snouffer; and siblings, Ralph Morley and Pauline (Roger) Fahrbach. Marjorie is survived by her children, Rebecca S. (Harold) Price and William R. (Laurie) Snouffer; grandchildren, Andrew J. (Tami Stripsky) Snouffer and Sarah R. Snouffer; brother, James (Ramona) Morley; sister-in-law, Shirley Morley; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to niece, Marilou Stafford, for her countless contributions of time, wisdom, resources, and overall kindness through the years, as well as to the staffs of HomeReach Hospice and Altercare of Hilliard for their compassion. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, and from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 21, at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, Pastor David Drumel officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
