Mark Anthony Dougherty, age 63, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on April 20, 1956 to the late Joseph and Florence (Carr) Dougherty. Mark retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years of service. He is survived by his wife, June (Chapura) Dougherty. Mark will be laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA at a later date.
