

Mary Ingold, 90, daughter of Riley and Lucy (VanFossen) Dougan, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018. Born on December 5, 1927 in Pennsville, OH, she was preceded in death by a loving husband, Kenneth Ingold. She is survived by one brother, Riley Dougan, Jr. She is also survived by two special nephews, Michael (Lorinda) Dougan and Mark (Penny) Dougan, great nephew and nieces, Brent (Katelyn) Dougan, Amy Dougan, Alana (Lance) Cramlet and Sarah (Chris) Gobble, and great great nieces, Quinn, Maren and Ainsley
Mary had a very successful career as an elementary school teacher in the Columbus City School District. She was an active member of Fishinger and Kenny Roads Church of Christ and had developed a very close bond with many neighbors she considered like family.
Family was always an important part of Mary's life. She enjoyed sharing stories, especially from her childhood, with those close to her.
Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m., Wednesday June 20, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd. with minister, Clay Brown officiating. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's name may be made to Mid-Western Children's Home.
