Mary Pat Manning died surrounded by her loving family on February 28, 2024, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. She was 57. She was deeply loved and is survived by her husband, Shane Manning, her children Luca Moi, Andrea Moi, Hannah Moi, and Seamus Manning; her siblings, John B. Summers of Columbus; Beth Stein of San Antonio, TX; Lori Wile of Durham, NC; Teresa Summers of Westerville; and Frank Summers of Columbus; their spouses and children and many loving and devoted friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Bruce and Patty Summers. She was a long-time and valued executive at The Durable Slate Company in Columbus, whose employees were also her family. She was a vibrant and beautiful soul who will live in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held Sunday, March 3 at the Durable Slate Company, 3933 Groves Rd., Columbus, from 12-2 p.m. Friends and family are welcome. Mary would want you to dress comfortably.
