

Preceded in death by brothers William, Robert and Clyde Emrich, Jr. Mary married her husband of 55 years, the late Derry Rowley, on March 2, 1946 in Ft. Wayne and later moved to Lima, Ohio and finally Columbus in the 1960's.
She was an avid bowler and very active with Epworth United Methodist Church. She worked at GE in Ft. Wayne on the assembly line during World War II and then for 25 years at Bank One and JP Morgan Chase. She was a resident of Wesley Glen Retirement Community where she was involved in many activities including sewing stuffed dogs for children being treated at local hospitals.
Mary is the mother of two daughters, Dianne (Harry) Ratka of Strongsville, Ohio and Nancy (Bob Stream) Cunningham of Cape Coral, Florida. She is also survived by grandchildren, Todd Reigle of Columbus, Tami Skolaris (Mike) of Mooresville, NC, Doug Ratka (Brandy) of Middlefield, Ohio, Jennifer Manthey (Jay) of Garfield Heights, Ohio and Great Grandchildren Mitchell and Lauren Skolaris and Jonathan and Bryce Ratka. Mary also leaves many special friends from Wesley Glen Retirement Community.
The family will have a private ceremony at Northlawn Memory Gardens in Westerville. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Wesley Glen Retirement Center, 5155 N. High St., Columbus.
