Mary Charlene Sweet

Mary Charlene Sweet, age 62, currently of Tamarac, Florida, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Charlene was born in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert and Mary Pickrel. Charlene drove tractor trailer for many years of her life, giving her the opportunity to have traveled and seen the entire country. She enjoyed shopping, doing puzzles, and talking on the phone with family and friends, but most of all, it was Charlene’s youngest grandchild Courtney, which brought her the most joy. She will be missed by her son, Robert (Paula) Sweet; grandchildren, Theresea, Sean, and Courtney Sweet; brother, Bill (Barb) Pickrel; sister, Patty Harper; devoted companion, Midnight; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 P.M. Monday, August 23, 2010 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where family will receive friends from 2-5 P.M. Sunday. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
