Mary Helen (Miller) Wood, 85, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 22, 1931 to the late Edgar Miller and Ida (Hedges) Thomas. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Robert; son, William Wood; brother, William Miller. She is survived by her children, Susan Wood, Sally (David) Long, John (Kimberly) Wood; grandchildren, Adam Wood and Lyle Long. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 2-6 pm at the Schoedinger East Chapel 5360 E Livingston Ave Columbus, OH 43232. A funeral service at Messiah Lutheran Church 1200 Waggoner Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 will begin at 11:00 am Friday, April 14, 2017 with visitation starting at 10:00 am.
