Mary F. Zinn

Mary F. Zinn, age 91 of Columbus, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Edgewood Manor. Mary was born in Point Marion, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Lloyd and Minnie Baker. She is also preceded in death by her husband, George W. Zinn and 2 sisters. Mary was a very loving and caring woman who had a bubbly personality. She was the “healer” in her family, always taking wonderful care of everyone. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, and shopping, but most of all Mary loved to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her children, George (Joann) Zinn, Frank (Julie) Zinn, and Kaye Thornton; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Monday, October 17, 2011 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., where family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Sunday.
