Matthew Richard Lippott

Matthew Richard Lippott, 41, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away suddenly on August 25, 2016 while in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Matt grew up in Dublin, Ohio, graduated from Dublin High School in 1993 and received a computer science degree from Naugatuck Valley Technical School in 2000. Matt spent many years as a professional BMX bike rider and in the BMX industry. He continued to ride even doing back flips and showing up young kids til the end. He also enjoyed snowboarding, card games, jokes, pranks, candy, video games and ice cream. Matt was employed by Market Resource Partners as a Business Development Director and previously spent two years in Northern Ireland where he met his one true love, Sacha McIlwaine, to whom he was engaged. They subsequently accepted a work assignment in Sydney, Australia where they were residing since the fall of 2015. While in Sydney, they explored much of Australia as well as Singapore, Japan, Fiji and Thailand. Matt is preceded in death by his father, Richard Lippott and brother, Rowdy Murphy. He is survived by his beloved mother, Sara Lippott, sister, Robin Murphy, brother, Rainy (DeAnn) Murphy, adoring nephews, Rowdy, Sean and Brody Murphy and Ryder Halpin and the love of his life, Sacha. He is also survived by various cousins, uncles, aunts and a great many dear friends.
