I worked with Mike for 29 years. We have had a million Buckeye conversations over the years. After my father passed I gave Mike my dad's Cleveland Indian memorabilia. I will miss him and our conversations. The day he passed he asked if I was going to the Spring game. I told him I had to go out of town. He said he would tell me about it on Monday. So sad. I was so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I was part of the Dune family for many years and have many fond memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you and especially his mom, Kay.

I have worked for UPS for 23 years, and was lucky to have met Mike about one year in. Even though we didn’t share a lot of common interests, we had a warm friendship and I always felt like I could talk to Mike about anything. On the Friday he passed, he was talking to another coworker and I saw that warmth with her also, and I told him we were all going to miss him. I meant when he retired, but I also said “You know we all love you, right?” And I said “...because you just never know.” and he agreed, “Yes, you just never know.” It was so weird we had that conversation on that very day. I am glad we did. The office isn’t the same without his smile and sparkly blue eyes. 
We definitely miss you, buddy.

We worked together at UPS. Mike was a great guy who was always willing to help. It's sad to hear he passed away. We are praying for his family.

My condolences to all.  Duner... so many stories!  Roommates for many years, Tommy's Pizza, Cinabon, Damon's, Rotolo's Pizza, racquetball, golf, football, softball... and that was all in a typical weekend!  Buckeye games, fantasy football (legion of dune), summer golf; none of it will be the same without you in the mix.

I met Mike in 1984 after moving to Columbus, OH.  We spent a lot time together golfing, attending Cleveland Indians games, etc.  My sympathy & prayers go out to his family.

I'm so deeply sad for the Dune family.  I hadn't realized Mike and I were born only a day apart.  He was a terrific baseball teammate, and had the trademark Dune family work ethic.  I hope to toss a baseball with him or spot his bench press in the afterlife.  David E. Dixon.

I am so saddened by the passing of Mike. He was always a smiling face that would bring you up if you were down. He would always help me out when i had a problem with the package system. Wonderful man. You will be missed deeply. My sympathy to the Family. Gods blessings to you all.
