Michael Scott Preece, 49 of Columbus, died Thursday, July 19, 2012 at home. He was born August 6, 1962 in Novato, CA to Robert Preece and the late Lynda Sue (Bowers) Preece. He was a graduate of Helix High School in San Diego and was employed at ESC Trading Co. He enjoyed fishing, but his family was his life. He was a good man, a great son, father and grandfather who wanted the best for everyone and will be deeply missed. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by two brothers David and Darryl and survived by three daughters Brittney, Ashley and Katie, two grandchildren Avery and Jayden.
