Mike was "one of the guys" when I was growing up in Columbus, someone I always considered a friend. Always chill, nothing ever seemed to get him riled up. We shared a love for cars and motorcycles, and I remember he loved vettes and opal gts. One afternoon in particular which I will never forget, we got really high down by the river and played Frisbee all afternoon, life doesn't get much better than that, when you boil it all down. Rest in peace, young man. You left too early.

I had know Mike for almost 40 years and he was a great friend. From camping to car shows it was great to spend time with him. he was always so laid back and nothing ever seemed to upset him.He was always there to lend a helping hand if needed. We had worked on quite a few projects together and we always had a good time working together.

Dear Sullivan family.  i am sorry to hear about mike passing away and he was a good guy he will be missed if you guys need anything just let us know and he us to work at my my store and he was a good employee and he would always asked about us and he will be missed.

Mikey came into my life as a package deal (lol). Him and my ex were good friends and we remained friends. He was like my grown son. He would call me on Mother's Day  and say, hi mom, it's your son and wish me a happy mother's day. He watched my kids grow up. They considered him an older brother/uncle. He was a kind person and will be missed by many. Too young, too soon. He touched so many hearts and to his family, I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew Mike for 40 some years, always a good dude and a great man. Lots of good memories hanging out with Mike, bonfires and camping at pebble beach and hanging out around classic cars. After all these years he could still bring out the kid in me with his enthusiasm of  matchbox collectibles,  Corvettes and Opel GTs. Thank  you for the friendship and the memories,  peace be with you Meatball, I hope to catch up with you again someday in a much better place. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and all the love ones you left behind

I belive it was about 42 years ago, when Mark and Mike became friends, and a truer friend you couldn't find. Mike was.family, I was.in shock when Mark let me know he had passed
Mark and Mike were always at my home when when I lived on Afton Rd. I know Mark will have a empty spot in his heart. Mike had a smile that would light up your world. He will be missed by all who knew him. I know that it's true God doesn't take any Junk  when I think of Meatball I know Mike will be looking down from heaven smiling on his family.and friends.

We are saddened to hear of Mike passing. So tragic for a close knit, loving family to have to endure. Our thoughts are with you during this sad time.

I met Mike so far back I can't remember. He was a great, sincere, caring and sooo close friend of my younger brother, who introduced us. A life too soon taken. I feel for your family Mike, and I feel the deep loss and emptiness my brother is feeling.

I’ve known Mike for many years spending many an evening at a cruise-in, around a campfire or just hanging out in the garage. I came to know him as a kind and gentle man who I am lucky to call a friend. I will truly miss his smile which he always seemed to wear.

Michael came to live with me for a brief six weeks about two years ago. Since then he has been the consummate friend calling every other week, bringing things from his sister, offering to do chores for me when I couldn’t and other things. I had just seen an advertisement for car show that I thought he might be going to and was getting ready to text him when I got the notice of his obituary. I cannot believe he is gone so quick. My thoughts and prayers to his family
