Michelle Huber Dembek, 54, left us unexpectedly for her heavenly home on June 17th, 2021. Michelle was born in Columbus, OH and grew up in Wauseon, OH, where she graduated high school in 1985. After receiving her associates degree at the University of Toledo, where she met her husband Joe of 30 years, she moved to Columbus to start her career and raise a family. Often self-described as her proudest accomplishment and the most meaningful time of her life was the raising of "her trio", triplets Connor, Brandon, and Rachel for 21 thrilling years. By staying up late at night studying she was able to work from home as a medical transcriptionist so she could spend time raising her children. The family moved to Plain City, where she remained for the last 16 years. Once her children grew up, she went back into the workforce and proudly worked as an executive assistant at The Fishel Company in Columbus, where she was loved by her coworkers for her hard work, selflessness, positivity, and spunky attitude. A passionate Catholic, Michelle was active in many churches and organized Bible studies with friends and family. Her interests included spending time with her children, gardening, cooking, playing golf and cards, visiting her parents, and spending long nights talking with her friends. She loved spending summer days on the waters of Indian and Hamilton Lake, where she continued to ski until her unexpected passing. A powerful force of love, cheerfulness, support, motivation, courage, and spirituality, Michelle will be so dearly missed by many. Preceded in death by grandparents Lloyd and Alice Huber and Al and Pat Baki; and father-in-law Walter Dembek. Michelle is survived by her husband, children; parents Jim and Joy Huber, siblings Kim (Brad) Bertke and Craig Huber; niece Reagan and nephews Jack, Drew, and Will Bertke, uncle Jerry (Stephanie) Huber; sister-in-law Jenny (Paul) Lah; mother-in-law Kathy Dodson and Tom Watts; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
