Nancy J. Newpoff, age 73, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Her life was spent as a devoted mother and especially enjoyed cooking Sunday dinner for her two sons Scott and Marc. Nancy enjoyed watching Tennis and Basketball. Throughout her life, Nancy was an avid bowler and golfer. She also loved working in her garden where she grew flowers and vegetables. She is survived by loving sons, Scott Newpoff and Marc Newpoff; sister, Pat (Marty) Freedman; several nieces and nephews; along with close family friend Joanie and her loving cat, Maxwell. She had wonderful friends through her work mostly her "lunch crew". Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Millie Wilson; sisters, Phyliss, Julia and Juanita and brother, Glenn and cat Sarah. Family will receive friends Monday from 5-8pm at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 East Livingston Ave; where a funeral service will be held 11:30am, Tuesday, September 14, 2010.
