Naomi Ruth Williams, age 80, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at home. She was born on January 19, 1941 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Howard C. and Opal Brown. Naomi was married to Derrell Williams who preceded her in death on November 1, 2017 and their three daughters, Virginia (Lance) Rhodes, Andrea (Jim) Gibson and Sarah (Ben) Weigand; grandchildren, Timothy (Oliva) Ratcliff, Heather (Alex) Moore and Cameron (Elise) Sheskey; many other relatives and friends. A private memorial service held at a later date to honor her life. In lieu of flowers please donate the Franklin County Dog Shelter.
