

Natalie M. “Nats” Klein, age 80 of Gahanna, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012.Natalie was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania; daughter of the late Leroy and Emily Ovens. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Beverly J. “Bunny” Muncy, and sister, Claudia VanHorn. Natalie was very strong-willed and ornery woman who loved to spend time with her family, and never knew a stranger. She was an avid reader, liked to knit and crochet, and traveled with her husband to almost every State in the Union. She was a self-taught cook and especially loved her parakeets. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Richard E. Klein; children, Richard (Deborah) Klein and Susan (George) Dickerson; grandchildren, Erica (Lara) Knipp, Danielle (Dave) Russell, Bryan (Lori) Muncy, Benjamin (Jordanna) Klein, Morgan Morrison, and Sara Dickerson; great grandchildren, Cole, Callie, Joey, Sawyer, Noah, Sam, Maddie, and Gracie; brother, Leroy (Jean) Ovens; brother-in-law, Gordon VanHorn; sisters-in-law, Barbara (Ralph) Lahm and Sara (Dick) Lentz; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
