Pat lived a long and fulfilling life rooted in creativity, warmth and humor. She dedicated many years as both a devoted mother and a talented seamstress. Her skilled hands were rarely still--she was an accomplished baker, knitter, crocheter, and crafter, delighting friends and family with her handiwork and homemade treats. Pat was especially proud of her patriotism, embodying steadfast values and love of country throughout her life.
Preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Smith. Survived by children, Jeanine (Robert) Wirebaugh, Guy-Harold (Jodi) Smith II, and Vanessa (Michael) Keller; grandchildren Robert (Chelsea) Wirebaugh, Jr. Megan (Lanty Gray) Wirebaugh, Mark (Jessica) Shamp, and Lillian Smith; great-grandchildren Alexa, Tyler and Logan Shamp and Elijah Gray.
A Memorial Service will be held in her honor at 11:00am on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Schoedinger Northwest, 1740 Zollinger Road in Upper Arlington where friends will be received from 10:00am to the time of service.
