Paula Lake Stover, age 94, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, January 6, 2025 at Holzer Assisted Living. Paula was born on August 11, 1930 in Huntington, West Virginia. She worked for Delta as a receptionist for many years. Preceded in death by her parents, Stylie and Beulah McComas; daughter, Karen Nelson on April 13, 2010; sister, Betty Marcum; brothers, Larry and Gary McComas. Survived by her daughter, Teri Plants; son, Dennis Fitch; grandsons, Shane Spencer, Chad Fitch and Chris Fitch; 10 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; brother, Hayward McComas; nieces and nephews. Paula’s wishes she will be cremated and remain with her loving family.
