Paulette H. Young, age 98, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on February 2, 2026. She was born on September 1, 1927 to Gilbert and Marie (Mertz) Domont and from Monte Carlo, Monaco, France. Paulette joins in death her parents; husband Roy Henry Young and siblings Albert Domont, Gilberte Mazet and Jeannie Pochet. She leaves behind her daughter Mary-Christine Young, as well as relatives in Canada and France. Paulette worked for many years in Paris at the IBM Headquarters as well as a travel agent with an agency in Monaco. Paulette’s favorites hobbies included reading and painting. Paulette did volunteer work for The American Red Cross and Southwest Public Libraries. Per her wishes there will be no public funeral services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested in Paulette’s name to the Hospice of Central Ohio at 2269 Cherry Valley Road SE, Newark, Ohio 43055.
