

Staff Sergeant Phillip W. Runyon USAF, died, July 20, 2016. He is a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend and will be missed by all who knew him and his fun loving spirit. Phillip is preceded in death by his father; Thomas A. Runyon Sr., grandparents; Bill and Kay Runyon. He is survived by his mother; Jo Ellen Garber, brother; Thomas Runyon, grandparents; Bill and Joan Garber, aunts and uncles; Nancy and Marty Ramseck, Amy and Scott Richardson, Sharon Kay Runyon, Robert O. Runyon, Roz and Ben Mollica, Phil and Linda Dillard, cousins; Emily Abrams, Anthony Richardson, Creighton Runyon, Julia Runyon, Abigail Veezey, Alexis Runyon, Ava Runyon. close friends; George and Ranay Nunamaker, Rita Sharrock, Dave and Debbie Smith, Kyle Benedict, Chris Steed, Glenn Greet, Courtney Katafias, and of course his Air Force family, and beloved Pastor Father Leo Connolly, and his furry companion, Brutus, who went everywhere with him. Numerous other family and friends. He was the first District Champion Wrestler in Central Crossing history in 2004, Captain of the 1st Wrestling team at Central Crossing in 2004. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, weight lifter, and loved his Buckeye football. A visitation will be held on Tuesday July 26, 2016 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church 434 Norton Rd. Columbus, OH from 2-4 and 6-8pm with a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday July 27, 2016 at 10 am with Father Leo Connolly, Celebrant.
