Phyllis Showe

Phyllis was Valedictorian of her class at Conneaut High School and Ohio University where she was a member of Mortar Board. Phyllis received her Master's Degree in Psychology from Columbia University. She taught at the Ohio School of Deaf for many

years before she became President and Founder of Showe Management Company. Phyllis lived for many years in Corrales, New Mexico. While there, she was an avid supporter of the Native American Art Students. She was an owner of thoroughbred race horses and especially enjoyed their company at her ranch after they retired from the track. Phyllis enjoyed sharing her interest in Broadway theatre, art museums and fine cuisine with her large family. Phyllis adored her family and her numerous dogs and cats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Burkley D. Showe. She is survived by her loving children, Hugh (Heidi Koch fiance) Showe and the mother of his children, Candace Showe, Kevin (Patty) Showe, David Showe and his former spouses, Nancy Showe and Lisa Showe, Eric (Debbie) Showe, Miriam (Feridoun) Sorourifar and the father of her child, Richard Reed, Andrew (Melissa) Showe and Christopher Peterson; former husband, Hugh Burkley (Margaret) Showe; former daughter-in-law, Molly Broughton; grandchildren, Carrie (Kevin) Rohyans, Alexis (Derek) Rogers, Lauren Showe, Cassandra (Tyler) Lucks, Burkley Gannon Showe, Ashley Showe, Gannon David Showe, Hugh Burkley Showe III, Collin Showe, Diandra Showe, Carson Showe, Kirsten Showe, Austin Burkley Reed, Harrison Showe, Blake Showe, Pierce Showe, Emma Showe, and Victoria Showe; great- grandchildren, Dylan Rohyans, Walker Lucks, Charlotte Rogers, Poppy Lucks, and Mackenzie Rogers; extended family members and friends.
