Regina "Jeanne" Blair, age 73, died Friday September 4, 2015, after a 7 year battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents Harley E. and Laurabell Edgington and her husband of 20 years Jim Sloan. Jeanne is survived by her children; Lauri (Mark) Mizer, Tracy Blair, grandchildren; Zach Blair, Grace and Josh Mizer, brother; John "Jack" (Katy) Edgington, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Jeanne was a Grove City High School graduate and was a proud member of the Grove City Community until her retirement after 25 years from the Franklin County Clerk of Courts office as the Head of Payroll and Budget. Jeanne and Jim spent the retired years together in Port Orange, FL and loved the beauty of the Halifax River. Jeanne enjoyed boating, antiquing, but most of all she loved family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren.
