Richard P. “Tom” Waugh, age 85, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 13, 2012 at home. He retired from Nationwide Insurance and was a WWII, U.S. Army Veteran. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers; survived by his loving wife Mary Buchanan-Waugh; sister, Evelyn House and a large extended family. Tom’s final wishes did not include any formal services.
