Ricky L. Maynard, 56, of Columbus passed on Friday, June 21, 2019. He graduated from South High School. After high school he entered the US Marines. When he returned home he attended Columbus State Community College and earned his associates degree. Rick was an usher for Ohio State football games. Preceded in death by his mother, Sharol; and brother, James Maynard. Survived by his father, James A. Maynard, Sr.; wife, Erin Kennedy and many other family members and friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St. With a graveside service to follow at 1:30 pm at Fernwood Cemetery, 460 Rowe Road, Lockbourne, OH 43137.
