Robert J. “Bob” Beach, age 84, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 27, 2012. He was born in Columbus on May 23, 1928 to the late Isaac and Grace (Buckingham) Beach. Bob worked as the owner and operator of Beach and Sons Painting until he retired at age 74. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Beach; and son, Robert A. Beach. He is survived by his daughters, Linda (James) Reiter, Roberta (Paul) Breitenbach, and Betty (Raymond) Woodrum; sons, Thomas (Jeffrey Stipe) Beach, and John (Pennie) Beach; 9 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio.
