Robert A. Higgins

Robert A. Higgins, Jr., age 47, of Powell passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Robert was born on March 8, 1963 in Houston, TX; he was the son of the late Robert A. Higgins, Sr. and is survived by his mother Linda Smyth and her husband, Dale Smyth. Robert is also survived by his loving wife, Rebecca (Collins); step-daughter, Jackie Larson; grandson, Jason Ramos; sister, Kristie Higgins and fiancé, Neil Howard; nephew, Tyler Fuller; grandmother; Myrtle Higgins; and a loving extended family. Robert served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Graham Ford for 17 years. Robert was a huge sports fan, including cheering for the Texas Longhorns. He enjoyed vacations with his family to Tennessee at Lake Cherokee. Robert will be remembered for his kind heart, funny personality and he was loved by all. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 4 -5pm at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N.
