Robert Martin Renner

Robert Martin Renner, age 52, of Columbus, Ohio went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. He was born March 10, 1960 and was a 1978 graduate of Westland High School; also attended Paul C. Hayes Technical School and Eastland Vocational School, where he prepared for a career as a plumber. Robert was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church. He loved to hunt and fish and will be remembered for his big personality, his great sense of humor, and as a great friend and loving dad. Preceded in death by his father, Gerald M. Renner. He is survived by his daughters, Briana (Eric Arras), Kayla (Nick Wilson), Tricia, Sara and their mother, Laura Renner; mother, Irene Renner; sister, Jeri Morris-Long (Keith Sphar); nieces, Rebecca Morris (Vincent Fares) and Jennifer Long; extended family and friends. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8pm Friday, January 18, 2013 at Schoedinger Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204; Funeral Service 10am Saturday, January 19, at Concordia Lutheran Church, 225 Schoolhouse Lane, Columbus, OH 43228; Pastor Darren Harbaugh, officiating; interment in Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Concordia Lutheran Church.
