

Robert Anthony Ventresca, age 68, of Columbus, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 22, 1943 to the late Toney and Mary (Corrente) Ventresca. Bob was a 1960 graduate of Linden McKinley High School and went on to earn a BA from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Central Michigan University. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Bob worked for many years at Cardinal Industries and later in life worked in real estate. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his precious grandson, Vincent Ventresca. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane (Landis) Ventresca; children, Robert A. (Heidi) Ventresca II, Christina (John) Rausch, Christopher Ventresca, and Devin Ventresca; grandchildren, Kynda (Carey) O’Neill, Rebecca Goodman, Tony Ventresca, and Angela, Carmen, Grant and Bryce Rausch; four great grandchildren; brother, Gino (Sue) Ventresca; and many other loving family members and close friends. He never met a stranger. He was a giving person and a unique treasure to all of those who knew him.
