Rosalie J. Buckle, 92, of Columbus passed away July 23, 2015. She was born on December 13, 1922 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Frank and Frances (Delhotel) Duplain. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Jesse Buckle, and her grandson Timothy Buckle. She will be greatly missed by her children Timothy (Edith) Buckle, Stephen (Randee) Buckle and Betsy (Charles) James; her eight grandchildren and her thirteen great grandchildren.
