Ruth Mae Taylor, age 95, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 2, 2017. She was born May 24, 1921 to the late Homer and Julia (Savage) McDaniel and is also preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Taylor; son, Larry S. Taylor; and brothers, Lester, Charles, and Willis McDaniel. Ruth was a wonderful mom and grandma and will be loved and missed by her sons, Thomas C. (Sonia) Taylor and Timothy W. (Pam) Taylor; daughter, Sue A. Taylor; grandchildren, Gayle, Kathy, Julie, Janie, Andy, Brian, Kelli, Chad, Megan, and Paige; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday. Interment will follow at Mifflin Township Cemetery.
