Samuel Joseph Pillivant, our sweet baby boy, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. He was born November 2, 2014 to his loving parents, Jane and Jeff Pillivant. Samuel is also survived by his sisters, Ellie and Anna; grandparents: Dan and Cathy Myers, Ken and Arline Pillivant; aunt Katie Myers; and his cousin Jordan; uncle Greg Pillivant; great-grandma Pat; numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins; St. Michael Catholic School and Parish family; along with countless friends.
Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085, where the Rosary will be recited at 3:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, 10am, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 5750 N. High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
