Sandra B. Farber

Sandra B. Farber, age 86, of Sunbury passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. Sandra was born on June 29, 1936 in Columbus, to the late Forrest and Lois Smith. She was a graduate of North High School class of 1954 and Ohio Wesleyan 1958. She was active in the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority for decades and served on their board. She had an avid love of traveling, birding and morel mushroom hunting. She was an avid Ohio State fan, golfer at Riviera Country Club and loved playing bridge. She was active in the Clintonville Women’s Club, the Friday morning bowling league at Sawmill Lanes, and the North High Women’s lunch group. She worked in accounting alongside her late husband Edward at Farber Corporation. Preceded in death by her loving husband Edward Farber; and brother and his wife Jack and Joan Smith. She is survived by her children Bob Farber (Penny Brown), Jenny Farber, Julie Farber (George Lawrence), Tim (Lisa) Farber; along with 10 grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 3-6pm Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Rd. where the funeral service will be 10am Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
