Sharon R. Custer

Sharon R. Custer, age 59, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away peacefully on December 6, 2012 at home surrounded by family. Born December 16, 1952 in Frankfort, MI, she was preceded in death by her father, William Clifford Blackwell and mother, Bonnie Faye Grolemund. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Terry Custer; son, Shawn Custer and sister, Jody Collins; also survived by brothers, Walter (Sandy) Costgan and Shorty (Helen) O’Blenes; sister, Kathy Brader; brothers-in-law, Spike Straley, John (Bonnie), Joseph (Kathy), Dan (Nettie), Ted (Ginger) and Fred (Christine) Custer; sisters-in-law, Vickie Custer; Donna Marie Schiffer, Mary Ann (Mike) Quinn, Rosemary (Emery) Surowski and Cathie (Earl) Safreed; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Sharon retired from Continental Insurance Agency after 21 years of service; then worked for UCT for 6 years until she needed to retire for medical reasons. Family will receive friends 4-8pm (service at 7:30pm) Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232.
