Steven Jay Frasher

Steven Jay Frasher, age 45, slipped into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, June 20th, 2017. Steven was born June 17th, 1972 to a loving family, selected by the Lord for the special assignment of caring for his every need. "Stevie" taught life lessons to everyone that knew him; lessons of unconditional love, compassion, value, trust, dedication, and joy. While we will miss him terribly, the treasures he gave to each of us are everlasting. Steven is preceded in death by his mother Nancy and his maternal/paternal grandparents. He is survived by his devoted family- father Cliff Frasher, sister Julie Mitchell, both of Columbus, Ohio, and brother Jeff (Jan) Frasher of Montgomery, Alabama. Also surviving are niece Amanda (Aaron) Starner, nephews Tyler Mitchell and Jeremy Frasher, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends too numerous to count. Steven's family would like to thank the Heinzerling Foundation for the special love and care he received there since 1991, and also the staff at Nationwide Children's Hospital for providing excellent support in our times of need. Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 24 at 10:30am at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road with Pastor Tim Waggoner officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heinzerling Memorial Foundation, 1800 Heinzerling Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43223.
