Susan Kay Klemann

Susan K. Klemann, age 61 of Pataskala, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014. Susan (Sue) was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Warren and June Kidwell. She graduated from Eastmoor High School, Class of 1970 and retired from the State of Ohio, most recently having worked for the Public Utilities Commission. Sue was a very fun and social woman. She cherished friendships and prided herself on building relationships with others. Once you were Sue's friend, you had a friend for life. Sue cherished time with family, most especially her grandsons, who helped inspire her as she battled relentlessly through several years of a very difficult illness. Sue remained strong and proud, focused and positive throughout. Because she had such an unwavering love and tremendous pride for her family and friends, Sue will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Robert Klemann; son, Christopher (Sarah) Klemann; daughter, Kimberlee (Brian) Dwyer; grandsons, Joseph and Alexander Klemann and Evan Dwyer; sister, Carol Kidwell (Gary Bainter); and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 7 P.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., where family will receive friends from 3 P.M. until time of service.
