Susan J. McKay (Beemer), age 86, passed away at the Woodlands at Eastland, on Friday, October 8, 2010. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 24, 1924 to the late Harry and Julia Beemer. Her family will truly miss her loving spirit and wonderful sense of humor. Susan is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Elvie “Lee” McKay and daughter, Tiana Reusch. She is survived by her daughter, April (Jerry) Hurt; 6 grandkids; 12 great-grandkids; 6 great-great grandkids; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL 5360 E. Livingston Ave. where the family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Grandson, Pastor Keith Hurt officiating.
