Teresa Ann Miller

Teresa Ann Miller, 61, of Columbus, died Thursday, February 4, 2016. She was born February 21, 1954 in Springfield, OH to Clarence and Winfred (Armstrong) Miller Sr. She was a 1973 graduate of Springfield High School and served with the Ohio National Guard. Teresa was a personnel specialist with the Ohio National Guard Armory in Columbus. She was a very strong woman and she loved her family. She is preceded in death by granddaughter Tayviona Manning and brothers Thomas Miller, Gregory Miller and Clarence Miller Jr. In addition to her parents Teresa is survived by her partner of 24 years Elmer "Nate" James, children Nate (Ericka) James and Lanita (Tommie Manning) James, grandchildren Teymaya, Teyvonne, Quartez and Hazel, siblings Brenda Perymon, Sharen Stephens, her twin Terry Miller, Steven (Kyong Hui) Miller, Cynthia (James) Parsley and Carolyn Brown, cousin Rachel Wilkerson, nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends Friday, February 12, 2016 from 10 AM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. where a funeral service will be held at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to National Diabetes Association.
